Is your company licensed and insured?
We are licensed and insured, we also carry workers comp. All paperwork is available upon the customer's request.

Are your employees trained?
Joe Wilson, owner of Arbor Tech Tree Service LLC, has been climbing and managing since 1992 and specializes in large and dangerous trees. All of our our climbers have a minimum of three years experience. Most climbers have eight or more years experience. Our estimators and consultants have between 10 and 30 years experience.

Why are cranes required on some tree jobs?
Cranes are used for safety for our climber. On large or dangerous tree jobs, cranes help to move the weight of the tree from our climber, in a controlled manner.

Cranes are also used to prevent any damage to a home or building. When a tree is close to a home or building, piecing out the tree may cause the limb to snap back and hit an object, so we will use a crane as a safety precaution. Using a crane reduces the pendulum effect. We can pick the tree up vertically, instead of having to hinge the limb down and lowering it.
